About JT Counselling Services in Plymouth, Devon

 My name is Jacky Thomas and I am a Snr accredited counsellor providing both short- and long-term therapy to adults and young persons.

 I work with individuals and couples with the aim to help you increase your mental health, wellbeing, enhance your life and enjoy it to the fullest. My working approach is based on person centred therapy, but I also draw upon other counselling models to suit the individual needs of the person. I also provide a supervision service to counsellors and student counsellors.

Life brings many challenges, and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. Whether its online, via telephone or in person within my therapy room, I offer a safe and welcoming space for you to focus on your needs and work to identify a way forward.  People come to see me for a wide variety of reasons, some of which are:
